Thanks for commenting Andrew. In context of my post though, you've thrown up a red herring. One cannot insist on fossils (or anything else) as being the definitive "test", for either theory. Especially when the focal point of my post goes directly to the question of what fossils themselves... indeed, what all physical matter... is itself made of. "Particles". Until evolutionists can explain the origin (and continued existence) of "particles", trying to hold up fossils as "the test" is fallacious, and a classic example of erroneously "putting the cart before the horse".

If interested, you might find some thought-provoking insights on the physics by reading Schrodinger, Dirac, or more latterly, Carver Mead. Cheers, and thanks again :-)

What missing link?

Theories (such as Evolution, or Creationism) rely on being disprovable.

So here are your (fossil) tests for disproving them:

Evolution: Dig up a fossil elephant next to a fossil Dinosaur. This would disprove Evolution.

Creationism: Find an animal that was not present at an earlier time. This would disprove Creationism.

In the moment when you Know that you don't Know, or that you do Know, it is very easy to Know. But it is never so easy to know that you don't know, or indeed to know that you do know.

Hello

I've just uploaded two rare interviews with the Catholic activist Dorothy Day. One was made for the Christophers [1971]--i.e., Christopher Closeup-- and the other for WCVB-TV Boston [1974].

Day had begun her service to the poor in New York City during the Depression with Peter Maurin, and it continued until her death in 1980. Their dedication to administering to the homeless, elderly, and disenfranchised continues with Catholic Worker homes in many parts of the world.

Please post or announce the availability of these videos for those who may be interested in hearing this remarkable lay minister.

They may be located here:

Thank you

"Can mankind sustain itself right now without laborers?" ... "...but I also know that I like my small pleasures".

Imagine a world where man has embraced the nobility of sharing.

Can mankind sustain itself right now without laborers? Are we that technologically advanced? We may only need food, water, and shelter but it appears that you also have internet and electricity. Since you can read you probably have books as well that required a printing press for production. I think that we probably can work less than we currently do, but I also know that I like my small pleasures. -antiwasp.wordpress.com
